Credit card companies and banks require us to ship only to your billing address on file with them, and to ask for your signature on delivery. Once we ship your order, we send an email with the tracking information. Please allow a couple of days for the information to be updated.

All refunds are processed back to the original method of payment minus a 10% cleaning and service fee. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for your refund to be processed.

All jewelry must be unworn and in their original purchase condition, with product tags on, boxes and documentation, and shipped back to us within 30 days. Items that have been damaged; altered in any way or shown signs of wear and tear or signs of work done by other companies, will not be accepted for a return or exchange.

If you receive an obvious damaged package, please refuse the shipment or call us immediately. Please keep all packing materials for your records. Claims for damaged or missing items need to be reported within 3 days of receipt of your order. Nautical Gold Jewelry will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.

None Refundable Items: Special orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. Engraved jewelry items made to order may not be returned. Diamonds purchased as part of a promotion or exclusive sale may not be returned for credit. Returns without a return authorization, C.O.D., and improperly or uninsured packages will be refused and returned to you.

Order Cancellation: If you change your mind, you may cancel order within 1-2 days without incurring any fees. If you call after you order was shipped, it will be processed as a return and re-stoking fees will apply.
