Before returning jewelry purchased from us, let us know by phone or email, then pack, insure, and mail jewelry item(s), including a copy of the invoice and your daytime contact information.

Jewelry returned for refund must be new and unworn, with all tags in place, no scratches or alterations, and in original packaging; all refunds are subject to a 10% fee. Insurance is a good idea if the package gets lost or damaged in transit.

LIFETIME WARRANTY

We know jewelry wears out with use, so ours includes a lifetime warranty covering normal wear and tear, repairs, polishing, inspecting, and reconditioning. Aumaris will, at our discretion, complete all necessary work to make your jewelry glow again (rings, earrings, bracelets, pendants, necklaces, cuff links).

Please note that the lifetime warranty applies to jewelry purchased from Nautical Gold Creations.

We will happily perform all necessary repairs if your nautical jewelry is from another company.
